We offers best after-sale service, the details are below:

I Return of the goods

In 15 days after purchase, if there any important defective non-human caused, customer can return the defective goods to factory. Meantime please provide the purchase invoice.

The return goods need to virified by Customer Service of CALLINGSYS, after confirmation, the distributor can get the goods back from user.

II Exchange goods

In 30 days after purchase, if there any important defective non-human caused, the user can ask to exchange a new one.

III Warranty

The warranty is 1 year. In this period, if there is any problem on the product, we can maintance it for free, but if there is any component to change, we should charge the cost.

IV Procedure of aftersale service

If the products accur problem, please talk with our customer service department. We have technicicans to assist you to solve the problem, and check the reasons to deside how to do it next.

If returned goods will be finished in 7 working days after getting from user.If there is no right component or we cannot repair it, we will send back to user in 15 days.
